I love this med spa! Have been coming here for years. Always lots of parking. They got tea in the waiting room. Lots of services... Friendly staff! And Laci is just the best! She makes me feel super comfortable and if I have any questions, they all get answered. She makes my dreams happen! I always get the results I'm looking for here. Happy customer!

Heather is so amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and excited for my facial! I have really bad anxiety and she made it so much easier by being so kind and comforting! I first seen heather when my sister got a facial and I came to sit in, I had expressed my interest in being an esthetician! Heather explained programs to me and certain information that I had no idea about! she was so kind in giving me all these details to get my career started! I truly can’t even begin to express how amazing your skin will look either! She is so informative and honest! My sister has been getting facials and her skin looks absolutely beautiful and she feels so confident! I’m so excited to continue my journey with heather! SEE HER!!!!! I recommend her to everybody I interact with, I can’t express enough of how wonderful your experience will be! Her energy is so pure and heather does everything she can to make sure you are happy! I went to posh a few days ago for lip fillers for the first time with my friend. We had an appointment with Lacy. We walked in super anxious that it would hurt. Lacy immediately calmed us down and told us it wouldn’t hurt. She did such an amazing job not only taking care of us but making our lips look so perfect and natural. 100% going back to her!

Ive been getting my brows and underarms waxed by Heather for almost 4 years now. She is the best! The wax she uses leaves me with no redness or pain. I only have to go back every 3-4 weeks which is very convenient for summer! As she likes to say she is a “perfectionist” and it definitely shows! Ive never walked out unhappy and her prices or amazing!

I got a "vampire facial" with Lacy, RN and I just love my results!!! The procedure was relatively painless and afterwards I had no pain. Within one weeks time, I started to have radiant skin, my pores have shrank and my overall complexion is beautiful. I would recommend this procedure to anyone looking for radiant skin and Lacy is awesome, I trust her for all my aesthetic needs.

I've been going to Heather Tolson at Posh for a 60 minute facial once a month for about 6 months now & I can truly say that my skin has done a complete 360. Not only is Heather extremely nice and pleasant to talk with but she has so much knowledge she shares with you & is also extremely honest about what your skin journey may look like & that a lot of it will come from using the right products at home consistently. I wish I had done before & after pictures of my skin because when I first started seeing Heather I was dealing with hormonal acne in my jaw area & within my first 3 visits it had changed significantly & now I don't even have breakouts in that area. Heather has always been completely honest about how getting the facial once a month wont completely clear up my skin UNLESS I'm also putting in the work at home, she has recommended me products that have helped immensely with my skin & then when I see her she is able to get that deeper clean for you that products just cant get to keep your skin looking clear & fresh.Its incredibly refreshing to see someone whose goal is to get your skin clear so you don't have to come as frequently & makes every time seeing her always such a good experience that you look forward to going. She ask you about any concerns and also will explain everything to you which is so appreciated. You can tell Heather is truly there to help you! My facial is my favorite part of every month & I owe my confidence I've gained back because of my clear skin all to Heather!

I went into Posh feeling very unsure of what I was getting myself into, once I was with Laci she was so professional and knowledgeable. She answered any questions and concerns I had about getting my lips plumped. She was so patient and kind. During the service she asked if I was comfortable and made sure I had no pain. I got a facial from Heather Tolson. There were so many options to choose from. I have no experience with the derma world. She explained all options and treatments so a newbie like me felt right at home. She finished the facial with a toner that took 10 years off my face. My skin was so clean I could feel the faintest breeze. Everything smelled so nice. It was super relaxing. I recommend her to everyone I know! She is magic!

Do you need a refresh or just sometime to yourself? Well Heather has the magic touch! I have been going to her for regular facials since I moved to Reno and I cannot say enough good things! Her facials are customizable to suit your needs and her suggestions are excellent. My skin positively glows after she is done. I cannot recommend her enough. If you are booking a facial and you do not book Heather at Posh you are missing out.

I am a happy client of Dr. Kristina Hansen having had 3 treatment therapies from her over the past few years. Mona Lisa, Potenza & IPL. The results speak for themselves. For me, it is totally worth the cost as I feel and look better. I receive many compliments on my skin and many people say I don’t look my age (51). I owe it to these advanced technologies, for sure, and Dr. Hansen’s expertise and care. As an active person the Mona Lisa surely helped in that area reducing embarrassing moments and helping me feel more confident. Dr. Hansen always checks on me the next day after a procedure and makes herself available for questions or concerns between appointments. I appreciate the level of care she gives me her kind nature.

I had recently visited this beautiful place last month to see Rosie Brown RN for my starting over get my sexy back help cry! I had gone through years of trauma, memory recovery and it has taken a toll on my face and body. Rosie is very knowledge and passionate about what she does and takes control. She knows what she is doing. I had a great consultation to under go the following: Botox, fillers, face and neck threading. I started off with Botox, had my follow up this last week and Rosie made some adjustments and I feel fabulous. I cried my first day because finally, I can be me again! I was so excited on my next visit I had a lot of questions from my research on her recommendations. I have scheduled a neck threading treatment in 3 weeks! I look forward to scheduling my face threading next then my lips and then one day, upper eyelid surgery. I don’t have to look so hard anymore like being hit by a freight train. I can and will feel beautiful again thanks to Posh Medspa and a budget plan. Maybe with this excitement, I won’t lose as much hair anymore with happiness. I purchased their wellness vitamins for hair so I can focus my budget on my other areas.

I had three treatments of Potenza and three treatments of IPL with Dr. Hansen. The Potenza has made my pores smaller, my complexion brighter, plumped the apples of my cheeks, minimized scars, and tightened up my chin. The IPL minimized my brown and red discolorations. I was nervous about both treatments but Dr. Hansen put me at ease and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Hansen, Posh Salon, and both treatments!

I regularly get my brows fixed up by Tiffany and I got my haircut by Dani. Tiffany always makes my eyebrows on fleek and I got a gorgeous cut with curtain bangs and deep conditioning by Dani. Both have many years of experience so I think this is great place to quickly find a stylist in Reno.
