What is your best advice to a client?
If someone is growing their hair, never go more than three months without a trim. Split ends will occur and require more hair to be cut.

Waiting for hair to grow.

Which is your favorite service to do on a client?
Hair coloring is my favorite service. Cocktailing colors to create a custom color for a client is very gratifying.

What is your best advice to a client?
Honest feedback is important to me. If you love your service, awesome! If you’re not happy with your service experience please let me know so I have the chance to correct it <3

What is your favorite hobby outside of work?
I love spending quality time with friends and family especially on the boat at Lake Almanor.

Which is your favorite service to do on a client?
Any kind of transformation. If it’s a haircut or color. I love the exciting look on their faces. I know for a moment that I did a good job.

What is your best advice to a client?
Keep their hair healthy. My best advice to my client is to use the products I recommend and keep open communication with me. This way I can give them the best service to meet their needs.

What is your favorite hobby outside of work?
Horse riding, hiking, paddle boarding, playing with my new puppy, traveling, reading a good book, and of course hanging out with my children.

Andrea Marshall, also known as Dre, is one of our stylists here at Posh Salon and has been in the industry for about 22 years. Dre loves to play around with cuts and colors with her clients. I am a licensed Cosmetologist and have been working in the Reno Area for the last 17 Years. I am always looking to expand my profession through continuing education. I attend several hands-on classes and academy’s each year. I am trained in Hair Talk Extensions, Bumble and Bumble Mastery cutting (including master Razor cutting) and Redkin color. I offer precision cuts, color and deep conditioning /treatments of varies kinds with meticulous attention to detail. I also use a luxury color line that is an ammonia free multi-dimensional full coverage color line that leaves your hair 2X fortified.

Which is your favorite service to do on a client?
Tape-in hair extensions! Tape in hair extensions are applied by “sandwiching” your hair between two thin wests of hair extensions using surgical grade tape. The placement and sectioning of each west is precise. Tape in extensions can be worn for up to 6-weeks and the hair is reusable up to 3 times. Custom ordered and individually colored matched – giving you a seamless blend.

What is your best advice to a client?
Let me be your hair consigner! I love to bring dream hair to everyone but it’s a team effort. Let me customize a plan to stay on track with the hair that you always wanted but wasn’t sure how to get there

What is your favorite hobby to do outside of work?
I love to start my mornings with an intense workout. I enjoy cleaning, organizing and caring for my home. I also love to travel. My Mom has worked with an airline my whole life, so I am used to getting on planes and going.

I enjoy customizing haircuts to individual’s specific needs. I love when clients come in with new ideas and I have the opportunity to create a new cut and style.

I suggest that clients come in with an open mind, but also feel free to communicate their needs openly and honestly with me.

What is your favorite hobby outside of work?
I like taking class at the gym on my days off and spending time with my family, but most of all I love shopping!!
